We are exploring measuring again this week using non-uniform units such as counters, pop sticks & unifix. The kiddos have loved this!

ReplyDeleteUmmm... genius idea to have the kids measure an outline of themselves! I always struggle to get them engaged with non-standard units of length measurement - I have a few activity ideas that my kidlets are always excited to do, but I know that next year's Preppies will really love measuring their own height. Thanks for the awesome idea. :)
